About the Role

MappingNinja Solutions is looking for a Telecaller Executive to join our growing team. The role involves speaking with potential customers, understanding their business requirements, explaining our services, and generating qualified leads.

Freshers are welcome to apply. We are looking for candidates with good communication skills, confidence, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and business owners.
- Introduce MappingNinja Solutions and explain our services.
- Understand customer requirements and identify business opportunities.
- Follow up with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain lead and call records.
- Schedule meetings or demos with interested prospects.
- Coordinate with the sales/business development team.
- Follow up regularly with potential customers.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.




- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of computers and smartphones.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle follow-ups professionally.
- Previous telecalling, sales, or customer-support experience is a plus.
- Freshers are welcome.
