Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and performance-driven PPC Executive with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns to generate quality leads, improve conversions, and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Manage Google Search, Performance Max, Display, Shopping, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, manage negative keywords, and optimize bidding strategies.
- Create and optimize Facebook and Instagram lead generation and sales campaigns.
- Manage audience targeting, retargeting, and Lookalike Audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, bids, and conversion rates.
- Set up and analyze tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads Conversion Tracking, and Meta Pixel.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
- Conduct competitor research and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance.

Google Ads

- Keyword research, match types, negative keywords, and bidding strategies.
- Budget management and conversion optimization.

Meta Ads

- Facebook and Instagram advertising.
- Lead generation, sales campaigns, retargeting, and audience optimization.
- Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and ad creative testing.

Analytics & Tracking

- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Google Ads Conversion Tracking and Meta Pixel.
- Meta Conversions API and UTM tracking.
- Conversion funnel analysis and PPC reporting.

Additional Skills

- Landing page optimization and A/B testing.
- Competitor research and data analysis.
- Excel and Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.

Preferred Qualifications

- Google Ads certification is an advantage.
- Experience managing lead-generation campaigns.
- Experience working with international clients.
- E-commerce or Shopify advertising experience is a plus.
- Experience managing monthly ad budgets of ₹5 lakh or more is preferred.
- Ability to independently manage multiple client accounts.
