* Order Picking: Locate and pick products from warehouse shelves accurately based on customer orders and pick lists.
* Packaging: Pack items securely and safely using appropriate packing materials to prevent damage during transit.
* Quality & Quantity Checks: Verify that the correct items, quantities, and labels are double-checked before sealing the packages.
* Inventory & Sorting: Assist in organizing, sorting, and arranging inventory in their designated storage areas.
* Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the warehouse.
Shift Timings & Work Schedule
* Three Rotational Shifts: Candidates must be comfortable working in a rotational shift workplace (Morning, Afternoon, and Night shifts).
* Weekly Off: 6 days a week schedule. Sunday is not a fixed weekly off. You will be eligible to take your weekly off on any other weekday (Monday to Saturday)
based on the roster.
Eligibility Criteria
* Education: 10th pass, 12th pass, or any educational level.
* Experience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply).
* Skills: Ability to read basic English (for scanning orders and labeling) and basic physical fitness for warehouse movement.
* Location: Must be able to reliably commute or relocate to HSR Layout, Bangalore.No Food and Accommodation
Compensation & Benefits
* Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month.
* Benefits: This is a direct salary role; no additional benefits (like PF, ESIC, or bonuses) are provided.
