Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive with hands-on experience managing online selling portals and marketplaces. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, order processing, inventory management, and day-to-day operations across various e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and other relevant portals.
- Create and update product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications.
- Handle order processing, dispatch coordination, returns, cancellations, and customer queries.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock information across platforms.
- Update product prices, promotional offers, and product details as required.
- Track orders, sales performance, and listing status.
- Coordinate with warehouse, packaging, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and feedback and coordinate resolutions.
- Maintain records of orders, sales, inventory, and returns.




- Identify and resolve listing errors and marketplace-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any stream; relevant experience will be preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of product listing, catalog management, inventory updates, and order processing.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Valuable organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple online portals and daily operations independently.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with practical experience managing online selling portals will be preferred.
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day e-commerce operations.
- Immediate joiners or candidates available at short notice will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
