Job Description – Store Executive

Location: Nighoje, Khed, Pune
Industry: Oil & Gas Manufacturing
Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mechanical or B.Com
Experience: 2–5 Years
Hands-on experience in SAP Business One (SAP B1) is mandatory

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage the receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of raw materials, mechanical components, consumables, and finished goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, stock registers, GRNs, material issue notes, and other store documentation in SAP B1.
- Monitor stock levels, track material movements, and ensure timely availability of materials for production.
- Conduct physical stock verification, inventory reconciliation, and report stock discrepancies.
- Ensure proper material identification, labeling, storage, and housekeeping.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Dispatch teams for smooth material flow.




- Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate inventory records and documentation.

Required Skills:

- Hands-on working knowledge of SAP Business One (SAP B1).
- Valuable understanding of store operations and inventory management.
- Knowledge of mechanical components, industrial materials, and material handling.
- Basic MS Excel skills and strong documentation abilities.
- Good coordination, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with experience in oil & gas, industrial equipment, engineering, or other manufacturing industries.

Automobile industry experience is not Considered.
