- Basic knowledge about the facility operations and equipment.
- Good knowledge in Excel, MS-word.
- Gathering and analysing client asset data.
- Determining facility and equipment specifications.
- Evaluating the checklist and mapping in system.
- Coordinating with reporting manger and implement the project at the site in specified timeline.
- Receiving and responding to the calls & mails from clients.
- Creating, validating and escalating tickets to internal teams
- Coordination with internal teams for confirming the progress on the raised tickets for issue resolution.
- Preparing reports and attending regular meetings

Candidate's Profile

- B.E / Btech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Graduate or Diploma
- 0-1 year of relevant experience
- Experience in MS office
- Open to work in shifts
- Good Analytical skills
- Good communication
- Easy grabbing to current technologies
- Willingness to explore new technologies and unfamiliar concepts.
- Passion for learning about building hardware + software systems.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
