Location: Dadar/Wadala, Mumbai
Timings: 10 am to 7pm
Working Days: Monday to Saturday, with the 2nd and 4th Saturdays off.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of the financial ecosystem of 500 crores across multiple entities- bringing structure, clarity, and continuity to it.

This goes beyond execution. It’s about becoming a trusted anchor- someone who can hold context, manage complexity, and ensure things run smoothly without constant oversight.

Core responsibilities:

Taxation & Compliance

· Manage Income Tax (all entities), GST, and TDS

· Drive tax audits, filings, and documentation

· Own a compliance calendar to ensure zero delays or penalties

Stakeholder Coordination

· Single point of contact for all the entities, CAs, CS, legal, and admin teams

· Oversee day-to-day administrative matters including vendor management, contracts, and insurance

Process & System Efficiency

· Structure financial data and build trackers/workflows

· Use tools (including AI) to automate and improve efficiency

· Maintain well-documented financial records and history

· Ensure smooth transitions and long-term continuity

Multi-Entity Financial Management

· End-to-end accounting across entities, partnerships, charitable funds, HUFs,



and property-linked entities

· Support investment decisions through coordination with portfolio managers, fund advisors

· Maintain accurate books, documentation, and audit-ready records

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com or equivalent) – Mandatory

· Qualified qualifications such as CA Inter / CMA / CS (completed or partially qualified) – Preferred

· Additional certifications or courses in Taxation, GST, or Financial Accounting – Good to have

· Relevant Experience Range: 3 yrs to 5 yrs
