Job Title: Specialist - Cloud & Infra Management
Location: Coimbatore

This is a critical and urgent opportunity for a Specialist - Cloud & Infra Management to join our team in Coimbatore. We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive professional to ensure the robust and secure operation of our hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure, with a strong focus on network and contact center systems.

Job Description:
1. Design, implement, and manage complex network infrastructure solutions, leveraging expertise in Cisco DC/Branches Routers & Switches and Juniper DC/Branches Routers and Switches.
2. Administer and optimize NICE Contact Center environments, ensuring seamless operation, high availability, and exceptional user experience.
3. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for network and infrastructure components, including architecture diagrams, IP schemes, and configuration standards.
4. Proactively monitor system performance, conduct capacity planning, and perform advanced troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues swiftly across cloud and on-premises environments.
5. Lead incident response efforts for critical infrastructure outages, ensuring rapid diagnosis, resolution, and post-incident analysis to prevent recurrence.
6. Implement and enforce stringent security policies, network segmentation, and access controls to protect sensitive data and systems.
7. Facilitate the secure integration of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) with on-premises data centers, managing connectivity, data flows, and hybrid solutions.
8. Manage vendor relationships, coordinate hardware/software lifecycles, and oversee patching and upgrade initiatives for network and contact center systems.

Participate actively in change management processes, scheduled maintenance windows, and on-call rotations to support 24/7 operational demands.
10. Ensure strict adherence to operational audit requirements, maintain meticulous change records, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in network and infrastructure management.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in enterprise-scale environments with formal ITSM, security, audit, and change management processes.
- Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, urgent environment.
- Experience with hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and secure integration patterns.
