We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Tool Room Trainees to join our team. The selected candidates will receive practical training in tool room operations, precision fitting, tool manufacturing, die maintenance, and the use of measuring instruments.

This position is suitable for freshers who are interested in developing their technical skills and building a career in tool room operations and precision manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist senior technicians in tool room activities and daily production work.
- Learn marking, cutting, filing, drilling, tapping, grinding, and fitting operations.
- Assist in the manufacturing, assembly, repair, and maintenance of tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures.
- Learn to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Use measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and dial gauges under supervision.
- Assist in checking component dimensions and maintaining quality standards.
- Learn basic machining operations and proper handling of hand tools.




- Maintain tools, equipment, and the work area in positive condition.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced technicians.
- Follow company safety procedures and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Complete assigned training activities within the specified time.

Requirements

- ITI / Diploma in Fitter, Tool & Die Making, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical tools and engineering drawings is an advantage.
- Interest in tool room operations and precision engineering.
- Willingness to learn new technical skills.
- Good discipline, teamwork, and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a manufacturing environment

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
