Job Role

We are looking for a Real Estate Consultant who enjoys meeting people, understanding their requirements, and helping them find suitable properties. The role involves coordinating with clients and property owners, building relationships, onboarding properties, and working towards successful deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Meet clients and understand their property requirements.
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, property owners, brands, and businesses.
- Find suitable properties based on client requirements and budget.
- Build good relationships with clients and property partners.




- Arrange site visits and explain property details to interested clients.
- Follow up regularly with clients and owners to move deals forward.
- Identify new properties and assist with onboarding.
- Coordinate discussions and negotiations between buyers and sellers.
- Work towards completing property transactions successfully.
- Maintain client details and share updates with the team.

Requirements

- Any degree is acceptable.
- Experience in real estate, sales, or business development is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in real estate can also apply.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Kannada and English language skills preferred.
- Ability to meet clients, build relationships, and manage follow-ups.
- Willingness to work towards sales targets.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
