HIRING – IMPORT & EXPORT |

Position: Import & Export Executive

UTTAR PRADESH CANDIDATES CAN NOT BE APPLY.

Experience: 3–4 Years

Location: Manesar

Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage import and export shipments and coordinate with vendors, freight forwarders and logistics partners.

· Hands-on knowledge of air cargo import and export shipments.

· Coordinate end-to-end shipment activities from booking to delivery.

· Prepare and verify import/export documentation such as Invoice, Packing List, AWB, Shipping Bill, Bill of Entry and related documents.

· Coordinate with customs agents, freight forwarders and transporters.

· Track shipment status and ensure timely clearance and delivery.

· Handle vendor coordination and follow-up for shipment readiness.





· Ensure compliance with applicable import/export procedures and documentation requirements.

· Maintain shipment records, reports and MIS.

· Coordinate with internal Purchase, Sourcing, Finance and Warehouse teams.

Required Skills:

· Import & Export documentation

· Air Cargo – Import & Export

· Shipment coordination & tracking

· Freight forwarder / CHA coordination

· Vendor coordination

· Good communication and follow-up skills

· Immediate joiner preferred
