Job Description:

FlightsMojo is hiring Backend Executives for night shifts to manage airline ticketing operations and IROP-related cases.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle ticket bookings, cancellations, reissuance, and refunds.
- Assist with flight delays, cancellations, and schedule changes.
- Coordinate with airlines and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely case resolution.

Requirements:

- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Knowledge of Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is an advantage.




- Airline ticketing or travel and tourism certification preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, and attention to detail.
