We are looking for an experienced and responsible Logistics / Godown In-Charge to independently manage our godown and material handling operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the godown.
- Receive, verify, arrange, store, and issue materials.
- Maintain proper stock records and monitor inventory.
- Handle loading, unloading, dispatch, and delivery of materials.
- Ensure proper and systematic storage of materials and prevent damage or shortage.
- Coordinate material requirements with the Sales, Purchase, Office, and Site Teams.
- Coordinate and manage drivers, helpers, suppliers, and other godown staff.
- Monitor inward and outward material movement.
- Conduct regular stock checking and report shortages/differences.
- Maintain proper housekeeping, safety, and discipline in the godown.
- Handle basic documentation and stock reports.
- Should be capable of taking complete responsibility for the godown and handling day-to-day issues independently.
- Driving may be required for material-related work, collection, delivery, or other company requirements.

Requirements:

- Maximum age 40 years.
- Experience in Plywood, Glass,



Aluminium, Building Materials, Hardware, or a similar industry will be given preference.
- Valuable knowledge of godown/warehouse operations and material handling.
- Experience in stock management and inventory control is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Should be able to communicate effectively with staff, suppliers, drivers, customers, and internal teams.
- Should be capable of handling multiple responsibilities independently.
- Must know both Four-Wheeler and Two-Wheeler driving.
- Valid driving licence is preferred/required.
- Basic computer knowledge and knowledge of stock/inventory software will be an advantage.
- Should be responsible, organized, punctual, and trustworthy.

Plywood / Glass / Aluminium / Building Materials / Hardware / Construction Materials

Location: Trivandrum

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
