- Manage daily food and beverage operations.
- Ensure excellent guest service and smooth restaurant operations.
- Supervise staff and maintain hygiene and service standards.
- Handle guest queries and coordinate with the kitchen team.
- Monitor inventory and ensure compliance with hotel SOPs.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management.
- 1–2 years of experience in F&B; operations, preferably in hotels.
- Positive communication, leadership, and guest-handling skills.
