About Us:

Taradevi's Enclave is promoted by a set of investors / first gen entrepreneurs who all are ex-corporate professionals/bankers. Promoters have curated many sites in Shimla and other parts of North India with aggregate development potential of ~ 40 lac sq ft. We are targeting a current launch every 6 months with Taradevi's Enclave being one of them. We are building team, across verticals and levels, in accordance with these targets.

Job Summary:

Tara Devis Enclave is a reputed real estate builder involved in residential and commercial development projects in Himachal Pradesh. We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Liaisoning to handle coordination with various local public bodies and Government Departments/Authorities, including:

- Revenue Department.
- Municipal Corporation (MC).
- RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority).
- Police Department.
- Other relevant government agencies.

Requirements:

- Liaison with Revenue Dept., Municipal Corporation, RERA,



TCP, Pollution, and other authorities
- Handle documentation and follow-up for land, building plans, environmental, and other necessary approvals.
- Ensure compliance with state & central regulations
- Support during inspections, meetings, and documentation
- Maintain approval records and progress reports

Requirements:

- 5+ years of real estate liaisoning experience
- Strong knowledge of approval processes in Himachal Pradesh
- Good coordination, documentation, and communication skills
