Job Description – Legal Executive

Location: Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh

Experience: 3–5 Years

Salary: Up to 70,000/Month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Lawyer to handle legal drafting, contract management, lease agreements, and property-related legal documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review, and vet legal agreements, contracts, MoUs, lease deeds, and rent agreements.

- Handle property-related documentation, including sale agreements and title verification.

- Manage vendor agreements, commercial contracts, legal notices, and corporate documentation.

- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, RERA regulations, and contractual obligations.

- Coordinate with external advocates, government authorities, and internal departments.

- Identify legal risks and advise management on legal matters.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- LL.B. from a recognised university.





- 3–5 years of relevant experience in corporate legal affairs and legal drafting.

- Robust experience in lease agreements, commercial contracts, and property documentation.

- Knowledge of contract law, property law, and applicable real estate regulations.

- Excellent drafting, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

Preferred Candidate

Experience working with a real estate developer, builder, or corporate legal team will be an added advantage.
