Role Overview

We are looking for an organized and people-focused HR Executive to manage recruitment and day-to-day HR operations, and to help build a positive workplace in our lean, fast-moving team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment: draft JDs, post on job portals and LinkedIn, source and screen candidates
- Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and handle offer rollouts
- Manage onboarding, induction, and employee documentation
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data
- Support payroll inputs and coordinate with the accounts team
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.) and company policies
- Handle employee queries, engagement activities, and grievance escalation




- Support performance review cycles and exit formalities
- Work closely with the founder/CEO on hiring plans and HR policies

Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in HR, with exposure to recruitment and HR operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Working knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), MS Office/Google Workspace, and HR tracking tools
- Basic understanding of Indian labour laws and payroll processes
- Organized, confidential, and able to handle multiple tasks in a small team
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
