- Handle day-to-day backend data operations for clients.
- Upload, update, validate, and maintain client data in internal systems.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, operational reports, and data summaries.
- Perform basic data analysis and identify discrepancies/errors in client data.
- Verify data accuracy and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Support the Key Account Manager with client-related backend activities and data requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Product, Technology, and Implementation to ensure client requirements are met.
- Follow up on pending information and ensure timely closure of backend activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of client-related activities.
- Assist in resolving basic client data-related queries and issues.
- Identify recurring data issues and highlight them to the concerned team.
- Support other backend and operational activities as required by the business.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
