Job title: Facilities Coordinator – Soft Services
Location: Bangalore Client co-working site / premium office environment

Role summary: We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator – Soft Services to manage day-to-day workplace operations for a premium BFSI office environment. The role will focus on housekeeping, floor care, upkeep of fixtures and furnishings, pantry and cafeteria coordination, service quality, and client experience. The position requires strong adherence to KPIs, SLAs, governance standards, and site compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities:
Manage soft services operations across the office in a 24x7 shift environment
Ensure housekeeping, hygiene, pantry, and cafeteria services meet expected standards
Maintain premium office spaces, including fixtures, furnishings, meeting rooms, and common areas
Monitor cleaning methods,



chemicals, and procedures for different floor and surface types
Track vendor performance and ensure SLA and KPI compliance
Conduct routine inspections, audits, and follow-up on corrective actions
Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders for seamless workplace delivery
Maintain required records, logs, checklists, and compliance documentation

Candidate profile:
Experience in facilities, workplace, soft services, or hospitality operations
Strong knowledge of premium office upkeep and floor maintenance practices
Valuable understanding of cleaning solutions, procedures, and cafeteria management
Good communication skills and collaborative working style
Professional, pleasant, and customer-focused approach
Hospitality background preferred

Preferred experience:
BFSI or other high-compliance corporate environments
KPI- and SLA-driven service delivery models
