Job Summary

Bridge Edge Technology is looking for an analytical and results-oriented Logistics Business Development Manager to drive business growth, identify new market opportunities, develop logistics partnerships, and improve operational performance. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of logistics operations, transportation, vendor management, cost analysis, and business development.

The candidate will work closely with clients, courier partners, transport vendors, business partners, and internal teams to expand the company's logistics network, improve service efficiency, manage business relationships, and support sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify current business opportunities, potential customers, transport vendors, and logistics partners to expand the company's business.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, fleet owners, transporters, vendors, and other logistics stakeholders.
- Research market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and new opportunities in the logistics industry.
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Technology, and other teams to ensure smooth business execution.
- Analyze transportation costs, business performance, operational data, and profitability to identify improvement opportunities.
- Monitor business projects, shipment-related performance, client requirements, and partner deliverables to ensure timely execution.
- Identify operational gaps, business risks, cost inefficiencies, and service issues, and recommend corrective actions.
- Negotiate with clients, transport vendors, and business partners to develop mutually beneficial business relationships.




- Prepare MIS reports, business performance reports, cost analysis, and management updates.
- Support the development of business processes, SOPs, vendor management practices, and operational improvement initiatives.
- Handle client escalations and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Develop strategies to expand the company's logistics network, customer base, and presence in new markets.

Required Skills

- 3–6 years of experience in Business Development, Logistics Operations, Transportation, Vendor Management, or Business Operations.
- Strong understanding of logistics, transportation, supply chain operations, and business development.
- Experience in client coordination, vendor management, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical skills with knowledge of cost analysis, profitability, operational metrics, and business reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and data analysis.
- Strong problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple business activities and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Valuable communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Candidates with experience in logistics, transportation, operations management, vendor coordination, and business growth will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
