We have an excellent opportunity for the position of Desktop Support Engineer L1 for Mumbai / Navi Mumbai / Thane locations.

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobility devices.
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, Outlook, Office 365, VPN, hardware, and basic network issues.
- Perform AD/Azure AD user management and GPO-related updates.
- Support Intune imaging, software deployment, and compliance.
- Maintain asset inventory and coordinate with OEM/Vendor teams.
- Ensure SLA compliance and timely documentation of activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Proven experience as Desktop Support Engineer / Support Technician
- Any Graduate can apply
- Minimum 1 year of experience required in MNC setting
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
