Job Description:
Uttam Architect is looking for detail-oriented Quantity Surveyors / Estimation Engineers with experience in quantity estimation, structural drawings, and reinforcement detailing.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- Prepare quantity estimates and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
- Read and interpret structural, architectural, and reinforcement drawings.
- Perform quantity calculations and estimation using Microsoft Excel.
- Use AutoCAD to read and understand technical drawings.
Requirements: Relevant technical knowledge, solid Excel skills, and an understanding of construction drawings.
