Job Summary

A ONE MACHINERY EQUIPMENT PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for a skilled and hardworking Mechanical Engineer for the installation, commissioning, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CNC Fiber Laser Cutting Machines, including Sheet Metal Laser Cutting Machines, Tube Laser Cutting Machines, and Sheet & Tube Combo Machines.

The candidate should have good mechanical knowledge, practical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to provide technical support at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Machine Installation & Commissioning
- Install and commission CNC Fiber Laser Cutting Machines at customer sites.
- Perform mechanical assembly, machine leveling, alignment, and calibration.
- Inspect and verify machine components before commissioning.
- Conduct machine testing and trial cutting before handover.
- Machine Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical problems in CNC Laser Cutting Machines.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Inspect and maintain guide rails, rack and pinion systems, gearboxes, bearings, motors, and mechanical assemblies.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to cutting accuracy, machine vibration, and axis movement.
- Technical Support & Customer Service
- Visit customer locations for machine installation, servicing, and maintenance.
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to machine operators.
- Identify faulty components and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
- Prepare service reports and maintain maintenance records.
- Machine Components & Systems
- Work with CNC machine structures, gantry systems, cutting heads, and motion systems.




- Understand laser cutting machine accessories such as water chillers, air compressors, dust collectors, and lubrication systems.
- Assist with mechanical alignment and cutting-head maintenance.
- Coordinate with electrical engineers for servo motors, drives, sensors, and controller-related issues.
- Quality & Safety
- Ensure correct machine installation and operational accuracy.
- Follow machine safety procedures and maintenance guidelines.
- Maintain quality standards during testing and commissioning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience with CNC Fiber Laser Cutting Machines, CNC Plasma Machines, or similar industrial machinery preferred.
- Knowledge of mechanical assembly, alignment, calibration, and maintenance.
- Basic understanding of CNC controllers and servo systems.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and understand technical manuals.
- Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to travel across India for installation and service visits.
- Good communication skills and customer-handling ability.

Preferred Technical Knowledge

- CNC Fiber Laser Cutting Machines (1.5 KW to 30 KW or higher).
- Sheet Metal, Tube, and Sheet & Tube Laser Cutting Machines.
- CypCut, FSCUT, Bochu, and Raytools CNC systems.
- Laser cutting heads, water chillers, linear guides, servo motors, and lubrication systems.
- Machine installation, alignment, preventive maintenance, and breakdown troubleshooting.
