Craft CMS Developers – Job Description

We're hiring Craft CMS developers to build content-managed websites end to end: content model, templates, integrations and deployment.

Responsibilities

- Model content in Craft (sections, entry types, Matrix and nested entries, fields, user permissions), managed as project config in git.
- Build templates and reusable components in Twig and Tailwind CSS from Figma designs.
- Write custom Craft modules and plugins in PHP: services, queue jobs, console commands and migrations.
- Integrate third-party APIs and keep synced data accurate and up to date.
- Build forms and connect them to CRM and marketing tools.
- Set up caching, SEO and redirects; meet accessibility and performance targets.
- Deploy through CI/CD to cloud hosting behind a CDN.
- Review code and write clear technical documentation.

Must-have skills

- 3+ years of commercial Craft CMS experience (Craft 4 or 5), with at least 2 live sites you built a substantial part of
- Twig templating
- PHP 8 and Yii 2
- Craft project config and multi-environment deployments
- Tailwind CSS,



modern CSS and vanilla JavaScript
- MySQL or PostgreSQL, including query performance
- REST APIs and OAuth
- Accessibility to WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA, and Core Web Vitals
- Git, pull requests and code review
- Transparent written and spoken English

Nice to have

- Craft plugins: Formie, Blitz, SEOmatic, Retour, Navigation, CKEditor
- Alpine.js
- Vite
- Migrating content from WordPress into Craft
- Azure, Docker and Cloudflare
- Salesforce, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot or Zoom APIs
- Google Tag Manager, GA4 and consent mode
- MapLibre or other web maps
- Screen reader testing (NVDA, VoiceOver); Lighthouse and axe in CI

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
