Role summary
Grow Lucia's online visibility and organic leads through search engine optimisation.

Key responsibilities
Plan and execute on-page, off-page and technical SEO for lucia.co.in; Do keyword research for finance terms (investments, loans, insurance) and local searches; Manage Google Business Profile and local SEO for our branches; Track rankings, traffic and leads in Google Search Console and GA4; report monthly; Write content briefs and optimise blog and landing pages with the content team; Build quality backlinks and fix site speed, indexing and schema issues.

Requirements




Graduate in any discipline; 1+ year hands-on SEO experience with ranking results you can show; Working knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4 and tools like Ahrefs / SEMrush / Ubersuggest; Basic HTML and WordPress knowledge; Finance or BFSI content experience is a plus.
