Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives and Sales Managers to promote and sell Batch Coding and Laser Marking Machines. The role involves lead generation, client meetings, product demonstrations, and building long-term business relationships within the manufacturing sector.
Sr. Sales & Service Engineer – Key Responsibilities:
* Install, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain laser marking machines.
* Handle customer service calls and provide technical support.
* Conduct product demonstrations and machine training.
* Identify recent business opportunities and generate sales leads.
* Visit customers, understand requirements, and recommend suitable solutions.
* Achieve sales and service targets.
* Maintain existing customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Prepare sales, service, and installation reports.
* Coordinate with Technical, Production,
and Sales teams.
* Maintain service records, tools, spare parts, and safety standards.
Requirements
✔ Relevant field sales experience and service experience (Manufacturing / Industrial / Machinery preferred)
