Job Title: Billing Engineer – Construction

Job Location: Belapur, Navi Mumbai.

Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification: Diploma / BE in Civil Engineering

Job Description:

* Prepare client bills, running account (RA) bills, and final bills.

* Prepare contractor bills and subcontractor bills.

* Check measurements and quantities as per drawings and BOQ.

* Prepare quantity estimation and billing statements.

* Verify site measurements and coordinate with site engineers.

* Prepare and maintain measurement books (MB) and billing records.

* Check BOQ items, rates, and quantities.

* Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and the project team.

* Maintain billing documents and supporting records.

* Assist in preparing variations, extra item bills, and reconciliation statements.

Required Skills:

* Knowledge of construction billing and estimation.

* Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.

* Knowledge of BOQ, RA bills, and quantity calculations.

* Positive communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
