Santamonica Study Abroad is looking for a motivated and student-focused professional to join our team in Calicut. The role involves interacting with students and parents, understanding their overseas education aspirations, providing admission-related guidance, and supporting them throughout the counselling and enrolment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with students and parents to understand their educational background and overseas study interests.
- Provide information about international study opportunities, courses, universities, and admission requirements.
- Assist students in identifying suitable study options based on their academic profiles and career goals.
- Conduct follow-up calls and maintain regular communication with prospective students.
- Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and admission-related activities.
- Maintain student enquiry records and update counselling progress.
- Support students with their queries and ensure a qualified counselling experience.
- Work towards achieving assigned counselling and student enrolment targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- A positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- Candidates with experience in the overseas education or study abroad industry will have an added advantage.
