Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP Financial Accounting, Accounts Payable (AP), and Costing. The candidate should have strong knowledge of SAP configuration, business process understanding, issue resolution, and integration with other SAP modules, particularly MM and PP.

Key Responsibilities

1. SAP Accounts Payable (AP)

- Configure and support vendor master data and vendor account groups.
- Handle vendor invoices, credit memos, payment processing, and payment terms.
- Work with automatic payment programs (F110).
- Manage vendor reconciliation accounts, payment methods, and withholding tax, where applicable.
- Resolve invoice posting and vendor payment-related issues.
- Support vendor account reconciliation and month-end closing activities.

2. SAP FICO – Costing

- Work on Product Cost Planning and Product Cost Controlling.
- Configure and support cost elements, cost centers, and profit centers.
- Work with standard costing, cost estimates, and cost component structures.
- Understand BOMs, routings, work centers, and activity types used in product costing.




- Support standard cost release and material price updates.
- Handle WIP (Work in Progress), variance calculation, and settlement.
- Support Material Ledger and actual costing, where applicable.
- Analyze production cost variances and support month-end and year-end closing.

3. SAP Configuration & Support

- Perform SAP configuration, testing, documentation, and issue resolution.
- Analyze and resolve incidents related to AP, GL, CO, and product costing.
- Support business users and prepare functional specifications when required.
- Coordinate with SAP MM and PP teams for integration-related issues.
- Participate in UAT, system testing, and deployment activities.

Required Skills

- 4 years of relevant SAP FICO experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of Accounts Payable and Costing.
- Understanding of SAP FI-CO integration with MM and PP.
- Experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of month-end closing and financial reconciliation.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in manufacturing or production environments.
- Knowledge of Product Cost Planning and Product Cost Controlling.
- Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, or support projects.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
