Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative Digital Marketing & Content Creation Executive who excels primarily in Video Editing and Poster/Graphic Design. In addition to creating high-quality visual content (Reels, Shorts, and Banners), you will manage our social media handles, run paid ad campaigns, and drive lead generation.

ey Responsibilities:

- Video Editing & Content Creation (Primary): Shoot, edit, and produce engaging short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Promo Videos) using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Graphic Design & Poster Making (Primary): Design eye-catching social media posters, ad creatives, promotional banners, and thumbnails using Canva or Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator.
- Social Media Management: Plan and post content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and stay updated on trending formats and audio.
- Paid Ads & Lead Generation: Set up, run, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads Manager / Google Ads) to generate targeted business leads.
- SEO & Digital Strategy:



Perform basic SEO optimizations for social media profiles and website content to increase reach and engagement.
- Copywriting: Draft engaging captions, ad copies, and promotional messages in Malayalam and English.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Core Skills (Mandatory): Strong expertise in Video Editing and Poster/Graphic Design. (Candidate must share a Portfolio / Sample Work link during application).
- Experience: Minimum 1 – 2 years of hands-on experience in video creation, graphic design, and social media marketing.
- Tools Knowledge: Canva, Adobe Photoshop / Premiere Pro (or mobile video editing apps), Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager.
- Good understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and lead generation techniques.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
