Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to candidates regarding job vacancies and recruitment opportunities.
- Explain job roles, salary details, eligibility criteria, and company policies to candidates.
- Identify suitable candidates and coordinate with the recruitment team.
- Follow up with interested candidates and schedule interviews.
- Maintain candidate details, call records, and recruitment data.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Communicate professionally with candidates and support the company's recruitment activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Age: 21 to 28 years.
- Good communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic English communication skills are an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
Salary & Perks
- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and performance.
- Weekly Holiday: Every Sunday.
- Additional Holiday: Second Saturday.
