**Position:** Assistant Company Secretary

**Location:** Breach Candy, Mumbai

**Experience:** 2+ years of relevant experience

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Ensure compliance with the Companies Act and other applicable laws.

* Maintain statutory registers, records, and corporate documents.

* Prepare Board Meeting and General Meeting notices, agendas, minutes, and resolutions.

* Handle ROC filings, annual filings, and other statutory compliances.

* Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, and regulatory authorities.

* Maintain corporate governance and compliance records.

* Ensure timely completion of secretarial and compliance-related activities.

**Desired Profile:**





Candidates with solid knowledge of **Companies Act compliance, ROC filings, corporate governance, and secretarial practices** are encouraged to apply.
