Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Tester/Manager to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and managing software testing activities, preparing test cases, identifying and tracking defects, and ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop test plans, test strategies, test cases, and test scenarios based on project requirements.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Identify, document, track, and report software defects and coordinate their resolution.
- Review business and technical requirements to ensure complete test coverage.
- Coordinate with developers, project managers, and business teams to resolve issues.
- Monitor testing progress and ensure timely completion of testing activities.
- Manage defect tracking, test documentation, and quality assurance reports.
- Ensure software applications meet defined quality standards and business requirements.
- Lead and coordinate testing activities and support junior QA team members.




- Recommend improvements to testing processes and software quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in BE/B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in software testing or Quality Assurance (QA).
- Strong knowledge of test planning, test case preparation, and defect tracking.
- Experience in functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Familiarity with bug-tracking tools such as Jira or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of databases and SQL for data validation is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Good communication, team coordination, and leadership abilities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
