Job Summary

Asuitech Solutions is looking for a motivated and experienced OPT Recruiter to join our growing US Staffing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with OPT/CPT recruitment and a robust understanding of the US staffing recruitment process.

Responsibilities

- Source and identify qualified OPT/CPT candidates through various channels.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements and client needs.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and clients.
- Manage candidate submissions and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong candidate and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate interviews and support candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records.

Requirements





- 1–6 years of overall recruitment experience.
- 2–3 years of hands-on OPT recruitment experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of OPT/CPT recruitment processes.
- Experience working with consultants, vendors, and clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate-placement skills.
- Ability to work in a night shift environment.

Shift & Location

6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
Kondapur, Hyderabad – Onsite
