Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with customers to understand fabric requirements, quality expectations, pricing, and timelines
- Work closely with internal departments (sourcing, production, processing, printing, dyeing) to arrange the correct fabric or process
- Prepare and share quotations, swatches, lab dips, and sampling details
- Ensure timely follow-ups with customers and internal teams until closure
- Track inquiries, orders, and delivery commitments
- Maintain strong customer relationships and proactive communication

Skills Required:

- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Valuable communication (email, WhatsApp, calls)
- Understanding of fabric types and textile processes (dyeing, printing, finishing)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused approach

Experience:

- Senior Merchandiser: 5–10 years in textile merchandising
- Junior Merchandiser: 0–3 years (freshers with textile background can also be considered)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
