Job Summary

C Kare Health Group is looking for a qualified and patient-focused General Dentist to provide comprehensive dental care, diagnose oral health conditions, and perform routine dental procedures. The ideal candidate should have sound clinical knowledge, good communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining patient safety, treatment quality, and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Examine patients, assess oral health conditions, and identify dental treatment needs.
- Diagnose common dental conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Perform general dental procedures, including restorations, scaling and polishing, extractions within the scope of competence, and other routine treatments.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive dental care, and available treatment options.
- Explain diagnoses, treatment plans, expected outcomes, and associated costs to patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records, case sheets, treatment notes, prescriptions, and other required clinical documentation.
- Obtain and document informed consent before performing procedures, as applicable.
- Follow infection prevention, sterilization, patient safety, and clinical protocols.
- Coordinate with specialists and other healthcare professionals when referrals or advanced treatment are required.
- Monitor patient progress and arrange follow-up visits as clinically indicated.




- Ensure appropriate use and maintenance of dental equipment and instruments.
- Support continuity of care by maintaining clear communication with the clinical and administrative teams.
- Adhere to applicable professional regulations, ethical standards, and the organization's clinical policies.

Qualifications

- BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the applicable State Dental Council or relevant regulatory authority.
- MDS qualification is not mandatory for this position.
- Fresh graduates and experienced candidates may apply, subject to the role requirements.
