Mirai Diagnostics Centre is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Operations Manager to lead overall business performance, drive growth, and ensure operational excellence. The role reports directly to the CEO and carries end-to-end accountability for the centre’s performance and P&L.;
Key Responsibilities
- Drive overall business performance, revenue growth, profitability, and P&L.;
- Oversee daily operations, service quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Lead and drive the Business Development team to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Develop and implement strategies for business growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify performance gaps, and drive corrective actions.
- Build a high-performance team and ensure accountability across functions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the diagnostics industry.
- Solid experience in directly managing P&L; and driving business performance.
- Prior experience leading a Business Development team and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and people leadership capabilities.
- Ability to drive growth, profitability and operational excellence.
