Senior HR Executive – HR & Administration

Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad

Job Summary
We are looking for an Senior HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee documentation, onboarding activities, and administrative coordination across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, attendance, and personnel files.
- Coordinate manpower requirements and recruitment drives, including walk-in interviews and campus/institute hiring.
- Support employee engagement activities, training programs, and internal HR initiatives.




- Handle HR & administrative activities, including facility, housekeeping, material, bills, and other office/factory coordination.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely completion of assigned HR activities.
- Prepare regular HR reports and MIS for management review.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Good command of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple HR activities independently.
- Good documentation and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
