Job Responsibilities
- Conduct daily food quality checks and ensure hygiene standards are maintained.
- Monitor factory safety procedures and ensure compliance with plant safety protocols.
- Coordinate daily factory operations and supervise activities on the production floor.
- Maintain quality inspection logs, SOP documentation, and compliance records.
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and applicable statutory requirements.
- Support quality, safety, and compliance audits as required.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in the FMCG or Food Manufacturing industry is mandatory.
- Knowledge of food quality checks, hygiene, and factory safety procedures.
- Basic understanding of SOPs, quality documentation, and statutory compliance.
- Good coordination, communication, and record-keeping skills.
- Willingness to work a 12-hour shift at the Karjat / Khalapur factory.
