Position: Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.

- Generate leads through market research, field visits, cold calling, and networking.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

- Promote company products and services to potential customers.

- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers based on client requirements.

- Coordinate with clients to understand their business needs and provide suitable solutions.

- Follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into business.

- Conduct market research to identify competitors, market trends, and recent business opportunities.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and business development targets.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.

- Maintain customer databases, sales reports, and marketing activity records.

- Participate in client meetings, negotiations,



and business development discussions.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Experience in lead generation and client acquisition.

- Knowledge of sales, marketing, and business development strategies.

- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.

- Good presentation and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.

- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.

Educational Qualification

Any degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

Experience Required

5–8 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development. Experience in the relevant industry will be preferred.

- Number of new clients acquired.

- Monthly sales and revenue generated.

- Lead conversion rate.

- Customer retention and satisfaction.

- Achievement of assigned business development targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
