Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: B.Sc. Nursing or GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience in a hospital setting.
- Mandatory Licensure: Valid and active registration with the Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council (KNMC).

Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive bedside nursing care in accordance with established clinical protocols and hospital standards.
- Monitor, record, and report changes in patient conditions, vital signs, and symptoms.
- Administer medications, intravenous fluids, and treatments precisely as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist doctors during medical examinations, diagnostic procedures, and emergency responses.
- Educate patients and their families on post-discharge care, medication schedules, and general wellness.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic or manual medical records.
