Key Deliverables for this position:
- Drive implementation of “PR to PO” and “PRTSS” through PROCOL Software across organization.
Platform Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Procol’s architecture, including its Intake agent, Orchestration layer, and vendor portal mechanics.
Integration Protocols: Understanding data mapping, master data management, and standard integration hooks with enterprise software like SAP Ariba, Oracle, or Infor.
MEP Material Literacy: Ability to distinguish and correctly classify core MEP items (chillers, transformers, ducting, cables, pumps) within the platform’s material catalog.
- Drive the Procurement IT initiatives like Surplus/excess material tracking report.
- As a party of the Vendor Relationship Manager role, guide the vendors in getting them registered on BSL portal.
- Co-ordinate with BU Leads and Category Manager and understand the need to develop vendors in particular market segment and create the competition to have the price advantage and to meet the delivery commitment of the project.
- Will drive the Vendor Capability Evaluation (CE) and Performance Evaluation (PE) process.
- Send the monthly MIS to Head Procurement as per the std. template.
- Based on the PE report will closely monitor the performance of the vendors and guide them to improve.
- Resolve the vendor issues/grievances raised on dedicated email id of
[email protected] along with BU Lead /Category Manager.
- Prepare the monthly vendor payouts.
