Job Description – Centre Head

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Centre Head to lead our training centre's admissions, marketing, business development, and daily operations. The candidate will be responsible for driving student enrolments, managing teams, and expanding our presence through effective online and offline marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage overall centre operations, staff coordination, and team productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly admission and revenue goals.
- Drive student admissions through counselling, enquiry follow-ups, and lead conversion.
- Conduct regular visits to schools, colleges, and educational institutions to promote courses and establish partnerships.
- Plan and execute digital marketing, field marketing, workshops, seminars, and promotional campaigns.
- Supervise telecallers and marketing executives to ensure consistent lead generation and admission performance.




- Identify new business opportunities and develop partnerships with educational institutions and corporate organisations.
- Monitor centre performance, maintain operational records, and submit periodic reports to management.
- Travel to multiple locations as required for marketing, admissions, and business development activities.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education or training industry.
- Proven experience in admissions, team handling, and business development.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel and actively participate in field marketing activities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve performance targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
