Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Server to join our team at The Hosteller. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hospitality, enjoy interacting with guests, and ensure a pleasant dining experience through excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and assist them with seating arrangements.
- Present menus, explain food and beverage options, and take orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and café team to ensure timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant, café, and service areas.
- Set up and clear tables before and after guest service.
- Handle guest queries and complaints politely and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
- Assist with billing and payment collection when required.
- Work collaboratively with team members to provide an excellent guest experience.

Requirements





- Previous experience in hotels, restaurants, cafés, or the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-service orientation.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Presentable appearance and professional grooming.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
