We are looking for a trainer who would be responsible for delivering our "BootCamp" training as defined by the approach and resources under the Guidance of the Curriculum.

1. Job Summary

The Retail Sales Executive Trainer will be responsible for delivering theoretical and practical training to candidates in retail sales operations, customer service, product knowledge, sales techniques, billing procedures, and store management. The trainer will ensure candidates develop the required skills and workplace competencies for employment in the retail sector.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and practical training as per the prescribed curriculum and Qualification Pack (QP).
- Train candidates in retail sales techniques, customer handling, product demonstration, and merchandising.
- Explain retail store operations, inventory management, stock handling, and billing procedures.
- Develop candidates' communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Conduct practical demonstrations, role plays, assessments, and mock interviews.
- Maintain attendance records, lesson plans, assessment reports, and other training documentation.
- Monitor candidate performance and provide guidance to improve learning outcomes.
- Support candidates in placement preparation and workplace readiness.
- Follow the training centre's quality standards and DDUGKY project guidelines.

Educational Qualification and Experience

The candidate must meet any one of the following qualification and experience routes:

Route A: 12th pass with at least 4 years of relevant experience in retail store operations or sales.

Route B: 12th pass with at least 2 years of relevant experience in retail store operations or sales, along with 2 years of training experience in retail store operations or sales.

Route C: Graduate in any discipline or Diploma in Retail Management, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in retail store operations or sales.

Route D: Graduate in any discipline or Diploma in Retail Management, with at least 1 year of relevant experience in retail store operations or sales, along with 1 year of training experience in retail store operations or sales.

4. Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of retail sales and store operations.
- Valuable communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to deliver theoretical and practical training.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management and sales techniques.
- Classroom management and candidate assessment skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
- Ability to guide candidates towards employment in the retail sector.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
