We're Hiring: Senior Video Editor

Key Responsibilities

- Edit high-quality videos for social media, digital advertising, YouTube, corporate branding, podcasts, and promotional campaigns.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok videos, and other short-form content optimized for audience engagement and retention.
- Produce polished, high-end videos featuring cinematic transitions, professional colour grading, sound design, motion graphics, and visual effects.
- Transform raw footage into compelling, story-driven videos with strong visual storytelling.
- Create performance-focused video advertisements with solid hooks, pacing, and calls to action.
- Edit interviews, testimonials, talking-head videos, podcasts, and personal branding content.
- Integrate animations, typography, subtitles, B-roll, stock footage, and visual effects where appropriate.
- Maintain consistency with client brand guidelines and creative direction.
- Collaborate remotely with creative strategists, designers, content creators, and marketing teams.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Organize project files, assets, revisions, and final deliverables professionally.
- Stay updated with international video editing trends, AI-powered production workflows, and platform-specific content formats.

Required Technical Skills & Software Expertise

Professional Video Editing

- Adobe Premiere Pro (advanced proficiency required)
- DaVinci Resolve (editing and professional colour grading)
- Final Cut Pro (an advantage)

Motion Graphics & Visual Effects

- Adobe After Effects (strong working proficiency required)
- Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Motion tracking, masking, rotoscoping, keyframing, compositing,



and kinetic typography
- Experience with plugins such as Boris FX, Red Giant, and Element 3D is an advantage

Audio Editing & Sound Design

- Adobe Audition or DaVinci Fairlight
- Audio cleanup, noise reduction, voice enhancement, mixing, and sound effects synchronization

AI-Powered Video Production

- Familiarity with tools such as Runway, Adobe Firefly, Descript, CapCut, and other AI-assisted editing tools
- AI-powered transcription, subtitle generation, background removal, audio enhancement, and workflow automation
- Ability to explore and adopt emerging AI video generation and editing technologies

Technical Knowledge

- Advanced colour correction and grading
- Professional sound design and audio mixing
- Frame rates, codecs, compression, and export settings
- 4K video editing and high-resolution workflows
- Aspect ratio optimization for different platforms (9:16, 16:9, 1:1, and 4:5)
- Multicam editing, proxy workflows, and media management
- Basic understanding of cinematography, lighting, framing, and visual composition

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of professional video editing experience, preferably with a creative agency, production company, or digital marketing team.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating high-end editing, motion graphics, storytelling, and creativity.
- Proven ability to independently deliver professional-quality videos from raw footage to final output.
- Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.




- Excellent understanding of pacing, transitions, visual storytelling, audio quality, and audience retention.
- Experience creating both short-form and long-form video content.
- Ability to understand creative briefs, interpret feedback, and deliver revisions efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- A reliable internet connection and a professional editing workstation capable of handling demanding video projects.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with international clients, particularly from the UAE, GCC, US, UK, or other global markets, will be a significant advantage.
- Previous experience working with digital marketing agencies or premium brands.
- Experience editing performance marketing ads, personal branding videos, and premium corporate content.
- Strong motion graphics, advanced compositing, and cinematic editing skills.
- Experience with AI-powered video workflows and generative AI tools.
- Understanding of social media trends, audience retention strategies, and platform algorithms.

Work Arrangement

- Salary: 30,000 INR
- Joining: Immediate or as mutually agreed

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
