Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable SAP QM (Quality Management) Trainer to deliver skilled training to students, working professionals, and aspiring SAP consultants. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP Quality Management, a good understanding of quality inspection processes, and the ability to explain SAP QM functionalities through practical examples and real-time industry scenarios.

The candidate should be capable of delivering structured training sessions, conducting hands-on exercises, and guiding learners through SAP QM configuration, business processes, and project-based scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver comprehensive training on SAP QM (Quality Management).
- Explain SAP QM concepts, functionalities, and end-to-end quality management processes.
- Train learners on inspection planning, inspection lots, inspection characteristics, and inspection methods.
- Provide training on incoming, in-process, and final inspection processes.
- Explain quality notifications, defects recording, and corrective and preventive actions.
- Cover inspection plans, sampling procedures, quality information records, and usage decisions.
- Explain integration of SAP QM with SAP MM, PP, and other relevant SAP modules.
- Provide practical demonstrations using SAP systems and real-time business scenarios.
- Train learners on SAP QM configuration and master data concepts.
- Prepare training materials, presentations,



assignments, and assessments.
- Guide learners through case studies, implementation scenarios, and hands-on exercises.
- Evaluate learner performance and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP QM.
- Good understanding of quality management processes and inspection procedures.
- Knowledge of inspection planning, inspection lots, and inspection characteristics.
- Experience with quality notifications, defects management, and usage decisions.
- Understanding of SAP QM master data and configuration.
- Knowledge of integration between SAP QM and SAP MM / PP.
- Familiarity with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA Quality Management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
- Ability to explain functional concepts clearly to beginners and experienced professionals.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience as an SAP QM Consultant, Functional Consultant, or SAP QM Trainer.
- Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, or support projects.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Quality Management.
- Experience working with manufacturing, automotive, pharmaceutical, or other quality-focused industries.
- Previous experience delivering classroom, corporate, or online training.
- Relevant SAP certifications are an added advantage.

Pay: ₹9,300.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
