Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Kannada-speaking candidates for the position of Kannada Telecalling Sales Executive. The selected candidates will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our software products, explaining product features and advantages, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers through effective communication and follow-ups.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce company software products.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing details to prospective customers.
- Communicate with Kannada-speaking customers and understand their business requirements.
- Generate sales leads and convert potential customers into customers.
- Follow up with interested prospects to close sales opportunities.
- Handle customer queries and provide basic product information over the phone.
- Maintain customer databases, call records, and daily sales reports.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly,



and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team for product demonstrations and customer support.

Skills and Qualifications

- Any degree or relevant qualification.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred.
- Telugu language skills are an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Good communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in making sales calls and handling customer objections.
- A positive attitude and a target-oriented mindset.
