- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and statutory safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
- Monitor employees and contractors to ensure the use of proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness training.
- Prepare and implement Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Risk Assessment.
- Monitor permit-to-work (PTW) systems for high-risk activities.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and prepare reports.
- Ensure proper implementation of fire prevention and emergency response procedures.
- Monitor work-at-height, confined space, electrical, and hot-work activities.
- Maintain safety records, inspection reports, and incident registers.
- Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and site teams regarding safety issues.




- Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working conditions at the site.
- Conduct emergency drills and ensure employees understand emergency procedures.
- Identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports and submit them to management.

3. Educational Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech in a relevant engineering discipline, as required by the project.
- Diploma or certification in Industrial Safety, such as ADIS, DIS, or PDIS, as per project requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
