Customer Support Specialist – US Healthcare Process
Location: Wagle Estate, Thane West
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: Any Rotational Shifts (24/7), no shifts at midnight
Salary: Depends on last drawn (max 40k in hand)
5 days working, 2 rotational week-offs
No transportation provided by the company
We are looking for a detail-orientated and customer-focused customer support specialist to join our US healthcare process team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● HSC, bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
● 1–3 years of experience in US healthcare customer service, medical billing (preferred)
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Ability to handle high-volume calls and multitask effectively.




● Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
● Willingness to work US shifts. Preferred Qualifications
● Experience in claims processing, provider support, patient support, or revenue cycle management.
● Prior experience in a BPO or healthcare support setting. What We Offer
